Event owners create ticket types and sell them online. Payments go to the owner's E-Wallet minus a platform commission. Members join the program and share a referral link or code. Members connect a Stripe account once from their settings. When an admin approves a withdrawal, the amount is transferred to the member's Stripe account and paid out to their bank. An AdminCP dashboard for sales, platform revenue, commissions and payouts across your monetization apps, shown in one currency using E-Wallet's exchange rates. Group owners apply and a site admin approves them. New members then pay to join: one-time, monthly or yearly, with an optional free trial. Members pay with ZaloPay from a payment link. Members pay with the MoMo app from a payment link, and orders are confirmed when MoMo reports the payment. Support covers our products and agreed custom development work. It does not normally cover third-party modifications, conflicts with other apps, server or hosting issues, or changes made to our products by others. ### Do apps receive updates? Yes. Our apps receive bug fixes and compatibility updates for supported phpFox v5 releases. The update terms for each app are stated on its product page. ### How are custom projects priced? Custom work is quoted per project, based on the requirements and scope we agree together in writing before development starts. ### Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled according to our Terms of Service. If something does not work as described, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it. ### Can I reuse or resell an app license? No. Each license is for the site stated in its license terms and cannot be resold or transferred unless the product page says otherwise. ### What should I do before installing or updating?
